Agentic AI and RPA automation for a national reinsurer
Kenya Reinsurance Corporation, one of Africa’s established reinsurers, moved to modernise its operations with automation, running a competitive national tender for an agentic AI system with robotic process automation (RPA) integration to streamline the manual, document-heavy processes that run a reinsurance business.
Cynea was selected through open competitive tender to supply and install the system: agentic AI combined with RPA integration, deployed into the corporation’s environment. It is the kind of engagement where governance is not optional, the AI operates with oversight, actions are logged, and the automation sits inside a regulated financial institution’s controls.

An AI-era graduate assessment, built end to end
Assessment needed to catch up with how work is actually changing. As AI takes on more of the task, the question for early-career hires shifts from "can they do the work" to "can they tell when the AI is wrong." That judgement is exactly what traditional graduate testing does not measure.
We built a situational judgement assessment platform that measures AI-enabled judgement directly. It puts candidates through realistic workplace scenarios where AI plays a role in a decision, testing whether they can spot when to trust the AI and when to override it, across the capabilities that matter in AI-enabled work, and produces a coaching profile from the results.
A working assessment product that positions the client at the front of a real shift in graduate hiring, measuring a capability most incumbents are not yet testing for.
